Just got back from yoga and this is how I feel right now ^ #zen no but seriously yes I love to lift heavy, get sweaty & chalky, have callused hands, and make my muscles hurt like hell..... but I also love to stretch my body and relax my mind. Yes I do fitness but I also can eat a 2L tub of ice cream or a family size bag of Reese's in one sitting. The key is I don't do that every day.. some of my diet staples are giant salads, oats, basmati rice, ham, turkey, protein bars, protein waffles/pancakes, eggs, egg whites (omelettes), steak, potatoes, salmon, quesadillas...etc. #backgainz #bootygainz
